What I Do

Services for month-to-month clients

If you're paying BILL month to month, you're on full list pricing with no flexibility built in. The savings opportunity is almost always in your user roster — licenses for people who've left, roles that have changed, or seats that were never right-sized to begin with.

01

Monthly Statement Review

I review your most recent BILL statement to identify your current user license costs, breakdown by role type, and the total annualized spend you're on track to pay. This review is provided at no charge — it's where every engagement starts.

Always free — no obligation

02

User License Audit

I audit your full BILL user roster — reviewing permissions, roles, and activity — to identify Feature Users that can be downgraded, inactive licenses that should be removed, and role assignments that don't match actual usage. This is where the savings are.

03

Price Increase Negotiation

If BILL raises your month-to-month pricing, I negotiate on your behalf to push back or mitigate the increase. This is handled on pure contingency — no retainer, no fee unless savings are achieved.

Pure contingency — no retainer

04

Contract Conversion Analysis

In some cases, moving from month-to-month to an annual BILL contract generates meaningful savings through committed pricing and negotiated discounts. I evaluate whether a contract makes financial sense for your usage profile and, if so, lead that negotiation.

Transparent Pricing

Simple, results-based fees

My M2M fee structure is built around one principle: the initial review costs you nothing, and I only earn a fee when real savings are found and documented. No retainers, no ongoing commitments unless you choose them.

Optional Add-On

Scheduled User Reviews

$200 per quarter
$350 biannually
Scheduled audit of your BILL user roster — quarterly or biannually
Catches role changes, departures, and overprovisioned seats before they compound
Review fee credited in full against any contingency generated that cycle
Quarterly or biannual cadence — your choice, cancellable at any time

The review fee is effectively free any cycle where savings are found — it's credited directly against that cycle's contingency invoice.

How savings are calculated: For month-to-month clients, savings are the user license portion of your most recent monthly BILL statement multiplied by 12, minus the post-audit monthly user license cost multiplied by 12. I isolate the user fee line specifically — transaction fees are excluded from this calculation. The full methodology is shown to you in writing before any invoice is issued.

Scheduled review note: The $200 quarterly or $350 biannual review fee is credited in full against any contingency generated by that review. If a review cycle produces no savings, the review fee stands on its own — it covers the audit work regardless of outcome, and gives you a documented clean bill of health for that period.

How It Works

From statement to savings

The M2M review process is designed to be fast and low-lift for your team. Most clients spend under an hour of internal time on the initial engagement.

1

Free Review

Submit your most recent BILL statement. I assess your user license costs and savings opportunity at no charge.

2

User Audit

I review your full BILL user roster — identifying removals, downgrades, and role mismatches — and calculate your annualized savings.

3

Your Approval

I present the savings calculation and recommended user changes for your review. You approve everything before any action is taken or fee invoiced.

4

Savings Summary

Once changes are implemented, I deliver a written savings summary. Contingency is invoiced only after you've confirmed the outcome.
